Job summary

RIMEPRO INC. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support large HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers and field leadership to gain hands-on exposure to project financials, scheduling, procurement, coordination, and client management. You will assist with day-to-day execution, budget tracking, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and coordination with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day execution of commercial mechanical projects
• Support project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist with procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontracted scopes
• Track project schedules, milestones, and delivery requirements
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors
• Participate in owner, contractor, and internal project meetings
• Review drawings and specifications and assist with resolving coordination issues
