Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor-level program related to construction or mechanical engineering.
• At least freshman year and one semester remaining after summer 2027.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers on active projects to gain exposure to construction contracting functions.
• Support timely completion of projects and coordination with field teams.
• Research and assist with contract documents, budgets, safety, and compliance.
• Learn and apply P1 policies and procedures as a paid intern.
