Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, mechanical design, or related field.
Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (Creo or SolidWorks) preferred.

Responsibilities

Organize and update drawings, specifications, and agency standards to ensure seamless project workflows.
Innovate and redesign components aimed at cost reduction and improving assembly efficiency.
Engage in product development: adapting concepts into new sizes, building prototypes, and introducing designs to the manufacturing team.
Create detailed 3D models and assist in introducing new product designs across large product lines.
Learn and use the change notification system and BOM processes.
Assist in launching new products and supporting market introductions.
Participate in field testing and external lab testing.
Procure parts, test fit, troubleshoot design issues, and anticipate assembly issues for redesigns.
