SWM International is seeking a Mechanical & Automation Engineer to support reliability, maintenance, and automation of plant equipment. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Millwrights, Electricians, and Operations to ensure safe, efficient operation and implement improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and hands-on experience with automation, PLCs, and maintenance planning. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, automation, or related manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Maintenance to support daily maintenance operations and equipment reliability initiatives.
Troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations to minimize disruptions.
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
