Qualifications

• Experience designing custom automated equipment or machinery.
• Experience with robotic automation and material handling systems.
• Strong ability to take designs from concept to commissioning.
• Expertise reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design custom automated equipment from concept to production.
• Develop mechanical systems for robotic cells and assembly systems.
• Create 3D models, drawings, layouts, and manufacturing docs.
• Select and integrate mechanical components and tooling.
• Collaborate with controls, electrical, and project teams.
• Participate in design reviews and DFMA activities.
• Support prototype builds, installation, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and system-level issues.
