Qualifications

• Experience with a self-perform mechanical contractor.
• 3+ years in heavy industrial/institutional construction (mechanical piping).
• Exposure to schedules, cost control, procurement and quality/safety.
• Experience with detailed submittal processes.
• Familiar with mechanical/plumbing installation and operation.
• Strong computer skills and project controls software.
