Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Experience with mechanical systems to evaluate HVAC, plumbing, and other building equipment.
• Direct experience conducting facility condition assessments for mechanical and plumbing equipment.
• Experience assessing healthcare and educational institutions preferred.
• Prior cost‑estimating experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, tablets, and mobile device tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for out‑of‑town assignments – typically one week in field, two weeks in office.
• Ability to walk the stated areas each day, climb fixed and extension ladders, walk on roof surfaces up to a 3/12 slope.

Compensation

Salary range: $63,400 to $79,200 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
