Eastside Machine Company is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to assemble, install, and test roll-forming equipment used to produce siding, soffit, gutter, and other metal building products.

You will read blueprints, set up mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and ensure quality through inspection and documentation in the ERP system. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and install roll-forming equipment and machine components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and adjust mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Inspect assemblies using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Complete job and labor reporting in the ERP system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Mechanical Assembly Technician (Roll-Forming Equipment)

Eastside Machine Company is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician for roll-forming equipment. In this role, you will assemble, set up, and test industrial machinery used to produce siding, soffit, gutter, and other metal building products.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and install roll-forming equipment and machine components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and adjust mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Inspect assemblies using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments as needed
