SRM in Indiana is seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals for assembly roles on heavy equipment, including concrete mixers. The role emphasizes reading tape measures, using hand and power tools, and following directions.

You will join a team focused on safety, attendance, and quality, with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred; training is available for the right candidates.

Formación

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Experience with air/hydraulics, wiring, axles, engines or electrical wiring is preferred.
• Background with dump trucks, semi trucks, concrete mixers or heavy equipment assembly is preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidates.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

· The ability to read a tape measure and use both hand and power tools safely.

· Ability to follow directions a must.

· Have an eye for detail.

· Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.

· Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.

· Have a solid attendance record.

· Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

What Sets You Apart

Required Skills / Abilities:

· MUST be mechanically inclined.

· Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas: air and hydraulics, wiring, axles, engines, electrical wiring, inspection, or pre-delivery finishing is preferred, but not required.

· A background working with Dump Trucks, Semi Trucks, Concrete Mixers, or the assembly of other heavy construction equipment is preferred.

· Willing to train the right candidates.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

· Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.

· Must have good hand-eye coordination.
