Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn new technical processes.
• Ability to read a tape measure with 1/16" accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end assembly, layout, and fabrication of custom mechanical systems to meet deadlines.
• Interpret schematics, drawings, and BOMs to guide integration.
• Operate band saws, drill presses, and iron workers to prepare materials.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on shop equipment to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with production to refine assembly workflows and improve throughput.
• Manage material handling and logistics using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end assembly, layout, and fabrication of custom mechanical systems to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Interpret complex schematics, technical drawings, and bills of materials to guide accurate component integration.
• Operate industrial machinery including band saws, drill presses, and iron workers to prepare materials for assembly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on shop equipment to maximize operational uptime and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to refine assembly workflows and improve overall process throughput.
• Manage material handling and logistics using forklifts and overhead cranes to support seamless production flow.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a productive environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn new technical processes.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure with high precision (1/16" accuracy).
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools in an industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
• Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly environment.
• Familiarity with pneumatic or electrical system integration.
