Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment or demonstrated competence.
• Intermediate understanding of mechanical concepts.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit; climb and balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled fitting and mechanical or hydraulic assembly of parts and sub-assemblies.
• Inspect to ensure product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Align, adjust, and perform secondary machining as needed.
• Work from drawings, specifications, and shop orders using precision tools.
• Operate cranes/hoists and log production records; report defects.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and protect confidential information.
