Job summary

Valley Craft Ind. is seeking an Assembler Electrical/Hydraulic II to perform final assembly of products and custom orders. Under supervision, you will assemble, test, and ensure quality of units for our diverse line of material handling equipment.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience, knowledge of metalworking processes, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Fit, align, calibrate and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet close tolerances and strict inspection standards.
• Interpret and work from drawings and specifications.
• Test and inspect assembled units.
• Monitor output.
• Maintain product quality standards.
• Continuous improvement, a customer first mindset and strict adherence to our quality processes.
• Pull parts based on product needs.
• Understand standard aspects of assembly.
• Keep pace with production expectations.
• Assist with training in new employees.
• Work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional duties as needed.
