Collins Aerospace in Santa Isabel, PR is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection. You will follow blueprints, operate tools, manage workstation inventory, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards. Relocation not offered and PR residency is required at start.

Must have HS diploma and 1 year of relevant experience, with English communication ability and U.S. citizenship for program access.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret blueprints, diagrams and drawings and follow specifications.
• Operate hand and electrical tools and measure with precision instruments.
• Maintain inventory at workstations and conduct quality checks.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on assembled equipment per engineering changes.
• Follow safety procedures and work in line with quality standards.
