You will perform various assembly tasks including wiring, soldering, crimping, and basic electronic testing to support global customers. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn; on-the-job training is provided, with comprehensive benefits and employee referrals

Qualifications

• All experience levels welcome—on-the-job training provided.
• Prior assembly, soldering, or mechanical work is helpful.
• Experience with automation or cobots is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wire harness assembly and wire processing.
• Mechanical assembly and crimping.
• Soldering, grinding, and welding.
• Epoxy potting and packaging.
• PCBA assembly and basic electronic testing (a plus).
