Randstad USA is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site role. The shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with pay starting at $20.00/hour. It is a contract-to-hire position after 480 hours of work, with a $500 sign-on bonus and benefits.

Salary is quoted as $20 - $21 per hour; first shift; education required is High School. Equal opportunity employer and full benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year of mechanical assembling experience.
• 1 year of assembly drawings experience.
• 1 year of torque drawings experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret 3D models to understand assembly process and basic computer skills.
• Use basic hand tools to assemble cabinet components (sub-assemblies, frames, main).
• Install flexibar and power cables as required by product design.
• Understand torque drawings and apply them properly.
• Inspect parts, materials and assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Report quality issues to supervisors and leads.
• Document and communicate with supervision as required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site role Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, offering a competitive pay rate starting at $20.00/hour. This is a great contract-to-hire role- you will be hired on as a permanant employee of our client after 480 hours of work. Responsibilities

• Interpret 3D models to understand assembly process and basic computer skills (i.e. email)
• Use basic hand tools to assemble cabinet components (i.e. sub-assemblies, frames, main, etc.)
• Installation of flexibar and power cables as required by product design
• Understand torque drawings and apply them properly
• Inspection of parts, materials and assemblies to comply with company quality standards
• Report quality issues to supervisors and leads
• Properly communicating/documenting with supervision as required in the position
• Be dynamic and flexible as work content evolves

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
