Job summary

Temporary Climate Solutions is seeking Mechanical Assemblers to build heating and climate control equipment used across construction, industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors in North America.

You will assemble, wire, and fit components using hand and power tools, following drawings and work instructions to ensure safety, quality, and on-time production. The role emphasizes teamwork and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail; dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and equipment.
• Read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Install components such as motors, wiring, fittings, panels, and hardware.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process.
