Munters Corporation in Texas (Selma) is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for 1st shift to assemble subassemblies for air movement equipment, following drawings, BOMs and instructions.

You will use hand and power tools, a robotic drill, and other equipment, ensuring quality and safety while inspecting parts and aligning components according to procedures. Timely performance and adherence to schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read assembly drawings and BOMs and follow procedures.
• Experience using hand and power tools to assemble subassemblies.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work from job packet, schedules, check lists, prints and procedures.
• Evaluate drawings and BOMs to plan steps for assembly.
• Fit, align, drill, cut, and assemble components per prescribed processes.
• Set robotic drill with prescribed tools and programs and operate as required.
• Inspect parts for defects and report discrepancies to Production Lead.
• Select, count, weigh and kit parts per BOM and schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area and participate in meetings.
