Gorbel is hiring a Mechanical Assembler in Henrietta, NY. The role involves assembling and mounting mechanical components, following drawings and BOMs, and maintaining accurate inventory.

You will troubleshoot and repair units as needed and prioritize work orders to meet delivery dates. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prefer 2 years of mechanical assembly experience, with the ability to read tape measures and blueprints.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and some powered equipment.
• Ability to read tape measure and blueprints.
• Ability to communicate with factory supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assembly of mechanical components in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Maintain the inventory accuracy of mechanical components and hardware.
• Assemble and mount mechanical and subassembly components onto structures by following drawings, pick lists, and BOMs.
• Carry out mechanical assembly, troubleshoot, repair, or modify units.
• Prioritize work orders to meet material delivery dates.
• All other duties as requested by management.
