Job summary

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturer in Bow, NH to hire Mechanical Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift. This temp-to-hire role offers $23.00/hour on 1st shift and $26.00/hour on 2nd shift, with Monday-Friday schedules.

Responsibilities include assembling, quality checks, component verification, and using QMS/MRP systems. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to cross-train.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and air tools and mechanical inclination.
• Ability to read schematics with good manual dexterity.
• Stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of assembly and rotate as needed.
• Produce quality product regardless of operation performed.
• Organize and verify components for assembly.
• Access QMS and MRP systems as required.
• Cross-train in other product lines and other employees.
• Adhere to safety, QMS, and procedural policies.
