Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Tulsa, OK for full-time hours. The role involves manual assembly, testing, and inspection of mechanical hoist products, following drawings, routers, and test procedures.

The candidate should read schematics, use hand tools and fixtures, and maintain quality and safety standards. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and willingness to perform miscellaneous tasks, repairs, and material

Qualifications

  • Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial production experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and product routers.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and assembly fixtures.
  • Ability to operate testing equipment and follow established testing procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to identify and properly handle non-conforming parts.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards.
  • Ability to follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.
  • Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Experience working from blueprints, assembly drawings, diagrams, or technical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual assembly of mechanical hoist products and related components according to assembly drawings and work instructions.
  • Locate, read, and interpret assembly drawings associated with various hoist products.
  • Operate test equipment, fixtures, and other tools used throughout the hoist product line.
  • Follow product routers to manage workflow and ensure each assembly progresses through the required production steps.
  • Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and proper assembly.
  • Properly identify, control, and separate non-conforming parts to prevent their use in production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with filling and shipping miscellaneous parts orders.
  • Learn and perform basic hoist repair procedures while following the required process for moving repairs through the appropriate production areas.
  • Assist other departments or work areas as needed to support overall operations.

This position requires the ability to read assembly drawings, follow product routers, use hand tools and fixtures, and operate test equipment to ensure finished products meet established quality standards.
