Staffmark, in partnership with Flextronics, is hiring Mechanical Assemblers in Dallas, TX. The role involves reading blueprints, assembling components, and performing quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

You will set up workstations, assist with repairs, and communicate improvements to the team. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in assembly, with strong mechanical aptitude and tool-handling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly (switchgear experience a plus).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Basic computer and microscope skills for precision assembly.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble components accurately.
• Install, crimp, bolt, solder, and secure electrical and mechanical parts in cabinets, racks, and panels.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure all assemblies meet specifications.
• Set up workstations and verify all materials match the assembly drawing.
• Assist with repairs, maintenance, and process improvements.
• Communicate issues and improvement ideas to leads, supervisors, and engineers.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.

Pay Rate: $19.50 – $20.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday
