Job summary

Geringhoff Distribution LP in St. Cloud, Minnesota, is seeking a Mechanical Assembly / General Production associate to support our factory operations. You will read blueprints and assemble corn head and draper head machines, reporting to the Head of Manufacturing in a full-time role.

The position requires basic assembly experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and teamwork, safety, and quality focus to contribute to a reliable manufacturing line and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years assembly experience preferred.
• Mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and assemble per work instructions.
• Keep workstation organized and orderly.
• Ensure production parts, tools, test equipment and documentation are stored and maintained.
• Follow targets and deadlines set for department.
• Follow safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company rules.

Geringhoff is currently seeking Mechanical Assembly / General Production candidates for our factory in St. Cloud, MN, USA. Position will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing and assist with assembling corn head and draper head machines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Read blue prints and assemble per work instructions
• Keep workstation organized and orderly
• Ensure that production parts, tools, test equipment and documentation are properly stored and maintained
• Follow the targets and deadlines set for department
• Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company rules and regulations
• Perform other tasks as requested by department head

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Assembly experience preferred
• Mechanical experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Computer knowledge is helpful
• Must be able to operate power, pneumatic, and hand tools
• Must have knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Must be a self-starter and be a team player
• Must be quality conscious
• Must pass pre-employment screening
