Job summary

Valmet in Lenox, MA is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to contribute to shop floor assembly of mechanical components and learn world-class products. You will work with a team of tradespeople, applying your machining skills on our equipment and supporting manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of industrial facility experience or equivalent.
• Ability to translate mechanical documents and drawings/blueprints.

• Ability to accept responsibility and be accountable for actions.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and a forklift.

Requirements

• Ability to operate overhead cranes and a fork truck
