Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble CNC machine components following detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Fabricate parts as needed in cooperation with machinists.
• Implement machine power-up and conduct initial testing.
• Prepare machines for shipment and assist in loading for transport.
• Work with engineers to start up machines and train customers in maintenance.
• Respond to troubleshooting questions from customers and provide on-site service as needed.
• Perform warranty inspections and resolve customer issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately, including markings on prints and customer reports.
• Maintain ISO certification standards through quality-focused work.
• Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the work area.

Mechanical Assembler

Join our team in Warren, Ohio! We’re seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Mechanical Assembler. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and assembling precision equipment, we want to hear from you. This position involves assembling CNC machines for other companies, ensuring our products meet high standards of quality and safety. You’ll work alongside experienced team members in a clean, organized environment, helping us deliver top-tier machinery to our customers.

Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Opportunity for overtime before or after the regular shift.

Pay

Pay $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble CNC machine components following detailed blueprints and schematics

• Valid driver’s license and insurability to drive company or rental vehicles

Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduate of technical school or machine trades apprenticeship
• At least five years of related work experience preferred
