You will work with machinists and engineers to build precision equipment in a clean, organized facility, with regular hours and potential overtime.

Ideal candidates have blueprint reading skills, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and experience in machine shop assembly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators).
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with machine shop operations and assembly.
• Own hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble CNC machine components following detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Fabricate parts as needed in cooperation with machinists.
• Implement machine power-up and conduct initial testing.
• Prepare machines for shipment and assist in loading for transport.
• Work with engineers to start up machines and train customers in maintenance.
• Respond to troubleshooting questions from customers and provide on-site service as needed.
• Perform warranty inspections and resolve customer issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately, including markings on prints and customer reports.
• Maintain ISO certification standards through quality-focused work.
• Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the work area.
