• Build and assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and machine assemblies according to specifications.

• Wire machines and panels to print, following schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings.

• Read, interpret, and understand electrical schematics to ensure accurate layout and wiring.

• Cut panel access openings and prepare enclosures for component installation.

• Crimp terminals, splice wires by hand or with machines, and route wiring neatly and safely.

• Label wires and components according to electrical standards and documentation.

• Perform soldering tasks on wires and components where required.

• Work with voltage and AMP devices, ensuring proper selection and installation of components.

• Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to test, diagnose, and correct wiring issues.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in panel building, electrical assembly, or related electrical work.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.

• Hands-on experience with crimping, splicing, labeling, and soldering.

• Strong understanding of voltage, amperage, and basic electrical components.

• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and use of testing tools.

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and wiring equipment safely.
