Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unbox and prepare control panels for commissioning.
• Perform electrical wiring and point-to-point wiring inside control panels.
• Assist with basic mechanical assembly, installation, and modification of panel components.
• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Organize and route wires neatly within control panels.
• Inspect panels for proper assembly, wiring, labeling, and overall quality.
• Prepare completed control panels for shipment, including re-boxing and securing equipment for transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Unbox and prepare control panels for the commissioning process.
• Perform electrical wiring and point-to-point wiring inside control panels.
• Assist with basic mechanical assembly, installation, and modification of panel components.
• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Organize and route wires neatly within control panels.
• Assist technicians and engineers with panel setup and preparation for commissioning.
• Inspect panels for proper assembly, wiring, labeling, and overall quality.
• Make basic adjustments or corrections as needed during the preparation process.
• Prepare completed control panels for shipment, including re-boxing and securing equipment for transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other assembly, preparation, and shop-related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technically savvy with an interest in electrical, mechanical, or industrial equipment.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and electrical tools.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and wiring diagrams.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic wiring or assembly issues.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and package equipment as required.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures.

• Previous experience with electrical control panels, industrial equipment, wiring, manufacturing, or assembly is preferred but not required.
