Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

Physical Capabilities
  • Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hands and arms.
  • Strong visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment.
Job Duties
  • Assemble hydraulic lifts, ramps, and electro-mechanical products throughout various stages of production, including final assembly.
  • Install and test moving components such as shafts, bearings, levers, and related mechanical parts.
  • Inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Test, adjust, and troubleshoot products to ensure proper performance and functionality.
  • Support engineering and production teams with testing, data collection, and product improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety standards.
  • Assist with additional production, assembly, and manufacturing duties as assigned.
