Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Mechanical Applications Engineer for their team in Telford, PA. Direct-hire role with a schedule of 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Salary range is $75K-$90K, with responsibilities spanning technical sales support, product knowledge, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field and has 2–3 years in manufacturing technical sales or application engineering, preferably in an OEM setting.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing technical sales, sales engineering, or mechanical/application engineering.
• Preferably within a manufacturing or OEM environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, product knowledge and customer support during the sales process from within an office environment.
• Bridges the gap between engineering design, customer needs, and sales by supporting the sales process to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and suitable solutions are recommended.
