• Plan, organize, and conduct technical projects for electrical connectors and cable systems.
• Develop custom products with customers and management to meet requirements.
• Create drawings, material specs, bills of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, cost targets, and schedules.
• Provide technical training, presentations and customer visits as needed.
• Coordinate testing and qualifications to ensure product conformity and performance.
