Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. (CES) is hiring a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar construction projects, mentor a talented team, and drive successful outcomes in HVAC and piping systems.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship skills, with a Florida driver’s license preferred. CES offers growth, people-first culture, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical construction project management
• 2.5+ years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping
• Valid Florida driver’s license (and insurability)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from kickoff to close-out.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers.
• Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on-budget delivery.
• Work with field teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
• Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity.
• Spearhead change orders, procurement, billing, and more while keeping the big picture in focus.

• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• A valid Florida driver's license (and insurability).
