We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Assembly Technician to join a team focused on building advanced equipment and complex mechanical and electrical systems. This role requires a strong hands‑on background in mechanical and electrical assembly, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, build components accurately, and troubleshoot systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and enjoys working on challenging projects from start to finish.
Job Summary:
- Assemble mechanical subsystems and complete equipment builds using engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions
- Build wiring harnesses and circuit boards by crimping, soldering, terminating, and routing electrical connections
- Install and connect motors, actuators, sensors, controllers, and power distribution components
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely and effectively
- Operate small machinery including forklifts, mini‑skid steers, manlifts, and similar equipment to move materials and support builds
- Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and improving assembly processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Experience Required:
- Hands‑on mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical assembly experience
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, equipment repair, appliance repair, or a similar industry
- Experience reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and technical instructions
- Familiarity with motors, actuators, sensors, and AC/DC power systems
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, connections, and component installation
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to safely operate material‑handling and shop equipment
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
