Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Electrical and Mechanical Assemblers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly and be proficient in working with various components and tools. This role is essential for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Locations available:

• Katy, TX 77449
• Sugarland, TX 77479

Duties

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Perform wiring tasks, including soldering and crimping, with precision.
• Utilize tools such as calipers, ohmmeters, and other measuring devices to ensure assembly accuracy.
• Work with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies and surface mount technology (SMT).
• Conduct inspections of assembled products to verify compliance with IPC 610 standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logic controllers and electrical wiring.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical/mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Proficient in using various hand tools and measuring instruments, including calipers and ohmmeters.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Details
