Job description

The Electrical Assembler, working under limited supervision, assembles instrument components and sub-components, electro-mechanical and hydraulic well logging assemblies and sub-assemblies, or electronic hybrid circuits.

  • Pay Rate:$23.00 - $24.50/hour, depending on experience
  • Assignment Length: 12 months with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.
  • Shift Details: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | some overtime required

Responsibilities

  • May read and interpret detailed schematics, engineering drawings, wiring schematics, etc.
  • Duties may include utilizing high or low temperature soldering processes, fitting/mounting, alignment, adjusting, operational testing, and performing repairs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of experience with electrical troubleshooting
  • Proficient with soldering
  • Ability to understand and blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Proficiency using tools such as heat guns, hand tools, and multi-meters
  • Valid Drivers license is required
