Moss in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Mechanical Administration Intern to support mechanical operations across active projects, assisting with administrative tasks, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and data management throughout the construction lifecycle.

Working alongside Mechanical team members and field leadership, you will maintain organized project information, facilitate timely communication, and contribute to continuous improvement while developing foundational skills in mechanical

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Interest in mechanical construction, field operations, project administration, and process improvement.
• Exposure to construction project workflows, project management systems, reporting, or operational data is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, dependable, professional, and able to work independently with strong follow-through.
• Willingness to learn Mechanical office and field operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with office personnel, field leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting, trackers, and documentation - assist with preparation and organization of Mechanical reports, trackers, and logs.
• Field administration support - assist with coordination, follow-up, scheduling, documentation, and communication to keep field teams aligned.
• Data entry and information management - enter, organize, and validate project information within spreadsheets and designated systems.
• Field visits and operational exposure - participate in field activities to observe operations and connect administrative processes to field execution.
• Special projects and initiative support - assist with process-improvement activities and other Mechanical initiatives.
