The position of a Mechanic/Transportation servicing is now open. Please note the job description is attached. This is a 12 month - 260 days at 8 hours per day total of 2080 hours per year position as per salary schedule.

JOB DESCRIPTION - CLASSIFIED
TITLE: Mechanic/Transportation Servicing
RESPONSIBLE TO: Transportation Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Transportation
CLASSIFICATION: Bus Mechanic
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Twelve month contract - 260 days at 8 hours per day - total of 2080 hours per year.Working hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a half hour (1/2) hour unpaid lunch period.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Provide miscellaneous tasks of maintenance and repair to the buses (1st priority), trucks, tractors, and mowers.
