Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, a leading North American equipment rental company, seeks a skilled Mechanic in the United States. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a diverse fleet, including aerial work platforms, pumps and power systems, to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a safety-conscious team. Local travel and on-site duties are possible.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment or heavy equipment strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment.
• Operate in a safety-focused environment and follow company procedures.
