• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, electrical wiring, motors, and schematic reading
• Minimum 2 years industrial manufacturing and processing experience
• Basic fabrication skills including welding (Arc, Tig, Mig)
• Work independently with limited supervision

Position Details

Title: Maintenance Technician

Shift: 2nd shift

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Type: Non-Exempt, Full-time

Key Duties

• Support production with maintenance tasks
• Report defective materials or conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform preventative maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school or technical education with 3 years factory maintenance experience
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, machine repair, painting, and janitorial work
• Ability to read drawings and use all common hand and power tools
• Comfortable working in teams and exercising judgment in tasks

Physical & Work Environment

• Heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs), climbing ladders, standing, squatting, and walking
• Use of safety gear required
• Exposure to varied environments including hot, cold, dusty, and noisy conditions
