Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic to join our team in Sweeny, TX. The candidate will repair tires on motor vehicles and various trucks and equipment, balance and rotate tires, and diagnose TPMS issues.

Turner Industries Group is looking for an experienced ShopMechanic Tire repairmanto join our team in Sweeny, TX. The successful candidate will have experience working with and repairing tires on motor vehicles, medium- to large-duty trucks, and small- to large-sized equipment. Must have previous experience balancing and rotating tires, diagnosing and resetting tire pressure monitoring systems. Maintain and stock the service vehicle with appropriate tools and spare tires, ensuring the truck/air compressor remains in compliance with inspections.

Equipment Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as well as preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues with tires
• Determine what parts and tools are necessary to make repairs
• Complete shop paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
