Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanic – Preventative Maintenance to assist in maintaining and repairing facility equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related infrastructure. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced cannabis facility.

Schedule is four 10-hour days: Sunday 6:00am–4:30pm and Monday–Wednesday 2:30pm–1:00am. Pay is $25 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing preventative maintenance and facility

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and construction/carpentry.
• Hand and power tools proficiency.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams.
• Comply with cannabis industry regulations and state agent badge requirements.

• Perform safety-first repairs and routine maintenance.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The2ndShiftMechanic – Preventative Maintenanceassists in routine and preventative maintenance of all equipment within the facility, as well as general cleaning and upkeep of the facility itself. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, with some exposure to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as well as general facility maintenance.Theyare also a team player – driven by pride intheirwork and smiles ontheircoworkers’faces.

Schedule:

Full Time(Four 10 hour days)

Sunday6:00am – 4:30pm&Monday – Wednesday2:30pm – 1:00am

Pay: $25 / Hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Performs all duties in a safe manner, followingcompany rules and policies
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs, troubleshooting & preventative maintenance as necessary
• Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the facility
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesComplete workorders asassigned
• Will develop a high level of knowledge concerning equipment in the facility
• Will develop & maintain knowledge of the facility’splumbing, electrical, irrigation, HVAC, and security systems
• Ensure compliance with all company policies & required training (Safety, Quality, Regulations,etc
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested
• Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated.
• Research, evaluate and adapt to new methods,in order tomeet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures based on all applicable laws

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• 2+years experiencein maintenance or similar positionpreferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and general construction/carpentry
• Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulnessAdapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company
• Must passany and allrequired pre-employment screenings

• Must be approved by state regulating agency to receive cannabis agent badge
