Coachman's Golf Resort in Edgerton, WI is seeking a reliable and skilled Mechanic/Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities, equipment and grounds for a safe, high-quality guest experience.

The role involves routine repairs, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing and minor HVAC issues, and supporting preventive maintenance programs. Lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor work in varied weather are expected. Competitive pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or mechanic experience required (golf course or resort experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities
