  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

  • Comfortable working in outdoor/field and shop environments.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Support: Assist mechanics with routine maintenance and repair work on company equipment, including heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers.
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Observe and participate in diagnosing equipment issues, learning to identify problems and develop solutions under the guidance of experienced staff.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Help perform preventative maintenance tasks to support optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining equipment-related reports, maintenance logs, and metrics.
  • Compliance & Safety: Learn and follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements related to equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with mechanics, equipment managers, and field staff to support equipment division goals.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities to improve maintenance and repair processes.
