• Provide backup to drivers in Energy and Crops Departments if needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: InsightFS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsinwith

Ontario, Canada. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Schedules And Performs

vehicle and equipment repairs in response to requests from staff and location managers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Schedules maintenance and

repairs of vehicles and equipment as requested Maintains an appropriate

inventory of parts necessary for repairs and maintenance Maintains

service records of each piece of equipment and vehicle to document a

quality maintenance program and meet DOT requirements Responsible for

housekeeping of the shop OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS May be required to provide

backup to drivers in the Energy and Crops Departments Follows

Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and

5 years or more of related work experience Required skills include

fabrication, cutting, welding, bearing replacement, engine

service/maintenance/adjustments (both gas & diesel), automotive

electrical, brake adjustment/repair (both mechanical & air) and

Hydraulic Troubleshooting/repair Demonstrates Essential Abilitiesincluding business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer

focus, decision making and skill development Must have and maintain a

valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Normally

requires an acceptable CDL with Hazmat and tanker endorsements

Frequently exposed or required to: Extreme weather conditions (hot,

cold, wet, etc.) Noisy conditions Working conditions may include dust,

fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety

measures May be required to work at varying heights Confined spaces Lift
