Essential Job Functions
  • Maintainsasafe,secureand healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting othersregardingpotential hazards or concern
  • Performs all duties as assigned and adheres toTEAM’s Core Values.
  • Troubleshoots,maintainsand repairs factory equipment and other industrial machinery, andbuildingand facilities.
  • Maintains theoperation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
  • Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requestsoffield personnel and clients.
  • Locates sources of problems byobservingmechanical devices in operationand building and facilities; listeningforproblems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Adjusts and calibrates equipment and machinery tooptimal specifications andperformsinstallation of equipment.
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three (3) years ofpreviousexperience inshop machinery repair (Lathes, Mills, Drills, Pattern Burners, etc.); or relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Basic electrical knowledgerequired.

Work Conditions
  • Position is based out of a branch or site location.
  • Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere
  • Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel
  • Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels
  • Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
  • May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes
  • May berequiredto travel out of town on a periodic basis
