Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and blueprints clearly and accurately.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles including 5S and Kanban.
• Competent in basic math and measurements for assemblies.
• Ability to work safely and follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble BAC product in accordance with engineered drawings and standard work instructions.
• Owns personal and team safety and uses proper safety equipment at all times.
• Utilize standard work to assemble mechanical support assemblies to specification.
• Perform functions in a majority of assembly line stations, excluding welding and center work areas.
• Operate equipment to maximize productivity and quality.
• Safely operate JIB cranes to lift, move, and position components.
• Help train junior mechanics.
• Adapt to the maximum number of workstations and meet production goals.
