Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains equipment including HVAC, boilers, generators and steam systems.
• Reads meters and gauges to verify operating conditions.
• Responds to dispatch requests for machine repairs and service calls.
• Inspects and replaces worn parts and tests machine operation after repairs.
