Sharp Clinical Services seeks a mechanically skilled individual to support high speed packaging operations. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and operate automated packaging systems, ensuring cGMP standards. The role includes training junior Mechanics and collaborating across Operations and Quality teams.

Daily tasks include data logging, calibration checks, sensor and vision-system troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance with proper documentation. Some variation in hours may apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong manual skills.
• Experience in industrial automation or packaging is preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and calibration data.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair machine breakdowns with maintenance and engineering.
• Operate packaging equipment in daily production activities.
• Train and develop machine operators and new mechanics.
• Log process data on check sheets and systems.
• Troubleshoot sensors, printers, barcode scanning, and OCR/OCV vision equipment.
• Verify calibration status of gauges like temperature controllers and thermocouples.
• Perform preventative and on-demand maintenance and document activities.
• Coordinate with team daily; attend meetings as required.
• Complete maintenance work orders in Blue Mountain; set up tools and guarding as needed.
