Job Summary: You will be responsible for operations and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed throughout the campus for safe and efficient operations to minimize breakdowns and increase equipment life.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
2. Diagnose maintenance problems of HVAC equipment and troubleshoot effectively to minimize downtime.
3. Execute preventive maintenance activities on all HVAC equipment/services as per defined procedures to prevent breakdowns.
4. Record all required information on job activity to maintain history and other relevant data in facilities and equipment management system.
5. Inspect and observe assigned equipment/services to minimize breakdowns and meet user needs.
6. Follow EHS guidelines and dress code at work.
7. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
