Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Hawaii is seeking a Mechanic Helper to support a Journeyman Mechanic in repairing and adjusting coffee equipment and related machinery. You will assist with technical tasks, operate shop tools under supervision, and help maintain a safe, organized work area on site.

The role requires basic repair experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Overtime may be available, with a starting wage of $24.53 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Type 3 driver’s license and be able to drive to sites as needed.
• Some experience with automotive and heavy equipment repair is required.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the duties stated.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dismantling, overhauling, repairing and making adjustments under direction.
• May operate equipment with training for loading, unloading and moving gear in shop and factory.
• Obtain materials from Parts room and equipment yard; maintain shop cleanliness.
• Comply with all safety rules and company policies; report status of work requests.
• Complete tasks with average difficulty and seek approvals as required.
