Job summary

Columbus Quarry, LLC in Fortson, GA is seeking an experienced heavy equipment diesel mechanic to work on site at our plant located at 3001 Smith Road.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain diesel engines and related systems in heavy duty equipment used in aggregate production, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure engines operate safely and efficiently. We also service, grease and lube mobile equipment and maintain daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines in heavy equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure safety standards.
• Recordkeeping for maintenance of mobile equipment.
